Warranty period service

1.New Element promises 12 months for equipment after device acceptance.

2.If the fault caused by the product quality (defects or deficiency in design, material, workmanship) or failure caused by installation and commissioning by our engineers, our company will be free of charge for users to repair equipment and replacement of defective parts, but not  cover the consumables, include but not limited to HV Unit, EM Disk Unit (including Electromagnetic coil, lens, membrane)

After warranty period service

1.After the expiry of the warranty, we provide life-long maintenance of equipment services.

2.We will offer preferential price when replacing the main parts or accessories after the warranty period.

Installation and training service

We will offer installation, training and after sales services for free. If customers need us sending engineers for ESWL& ESWT installation,  the costs of round-trip international airfare, local travel, accommodation, meal fee and all costs incurred in customer’s local should be charged by the customers.
